Mezzanines help you transform unused overhead space into valuable floor space. Our mezzanines help you maximize usable space by conforming to the characteristics of your facility and special needs of your application. Columns and obstructions are easily accommodated with minimal loss of space. Openings and stairways can be located wherever they are needed. Load capacity can be increased in your heavy load areas. Special handling systems can be integrated into the original design.
Our mezzanines, and all components, are precisely engineered to meet or exceed the standards of major national building and design codes for industrial applications including AISC, UBC, BOCA, SBCCI, and ACI. We also follow the occupational safety guidelines published by OSHA.
Not only are our mezzanines designed in compliance with national building codes; the systems can also be designed to meet or exceed the requirements of your local municipal building codes.
Decking materials include bar grating, plywood over B-deck, diamond-plate steel and polypropylene-covered plywood. Handrails, guardrails, staircases, pallet gates, landings and pre-engineered offices are options that enhance the mezzanine installation.
Single Level and Multi-Level Pre-Engineered Offices

Each of Starrco's pre-engineered offices comes with the Starrco Advantage. The Starrco Advantage means that each project begins with a careful needs assessment.
The office is then designed and engineered to precisely fit your application. The Starrco Advantage also provides tax advantages and significant cost savings over conventional construction; the flexibility to easily and conveniently expand, reconfigure, or relocate your Starrco modular office when your needs change; a two-piece wall stud design that allows panels to be easily removed or replaced; and detailed CAD drawings along with individually labeled components to make your installation fast, easy, and completed in a fraction of the time necessary with conventional construction. Raceways are built in to Starrco modular office systems to allow quick installation of electrical, telephone, and computer wiring, and installation is completed with minimal mess, dust, or disruption to your operation. Aluminum track and posts and durable, preventing rust and corrosion, and all materials are pre-cut, mitered, and completely finished.
Every pre-engineered modular building, whether a single one-story office or a large two-story complex, begins with selection of the system that best fits your application. The next key part of the design of your building is selection of the correct wall panels. Our thick wall panels are completely self-contained, allowing your structure to be reconfigured easily and conveniently. You can choose from a standard wall panel, a deluxe non-combustible panel, or a sound control panel, all of which are 3" thick. Then we'll add windows that meet all applicable standard, commercial grade steel or wood doors, a corrugated steel roof deck and drop ceiling system (including lighting), a standard or pre-wired modular electrical system, and a variety of other options to maximize the functionality and appearance of your building.
All of your components are manufactured to our precise standards, labeled and delivered with a complete set of CAD drawings to make on-site installation quick and convenient.
