Ordering Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All orders subject to availability.
  • All returns must have prior written approval and will be allowed for new items only.
  • Call our office for a return authorization number.
  • Returns subject to 20% restocking charge and must be freight prepaid.

FREIGHT CONDITIONS

  • All Shipments freight collect unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Customer may specify the carrier with whom they want the material shipped, or we can choose a carrier.
  • Collect shipments must be paid at time of delivery.
  • Any freight estimates are estimates only and may change at time of shipment.
  • Fuel surcharges change frequently, and are always added on at current pricing.
  • FOB: Elmhurst, IL for all stock orders.
  • The purchaser must file claims for damage or shortage with the trucker.
  • Claims for scratched paint will be disallowed.
  • Claims for short shipment must be made within 24 hrs.
  • Customer is responsible for unloading the shipment, unless the carrier is charging for unloading.
  • Refused or cancelled shipments still incur freight charges, and customer is responsible for these charges including freight both ways.

WARRANTY

  • Product carries standard manufacturers warranty of 1 year.
  • All products must be installed and used correctly for warranty to be in effect.
  • Note that mixing parts from different rack manufacturers may void warranty.
  • It is OK to mix rack with wire deck from another manufacturer.
