Reminder and Some Good News


This may not apply to you but we’ve been seeing it happen more often lately and its become a problem for our warehouse staff.

When orders are placed for pick-up, it’s important that the material be picked up when it is scheduled for.  Otherwise it sits in our warehouse staging area and makes it difficult for our team out there to function.  Additionally, if it sits too long it may be returned to stock and then subject you and your customer to a restocking fee.  I know I don’t want to have to do that to you and I’m confident you don’t want it to happen either.

We understand that you may not always be able to control the situation.  In those cases, please just let me know what’s going on so we can work with you on rescheduling and avoiding a restocking charge.


Great News!

If you’ve called us over the last few months and had the misfortune of being put on hold, you know that our hold music was temporarily stab-yourself-in-the-ear bad.

Because of that and some other issues, we made the decision to replace our phone system with a significant upgrade.  Along with not making your ears bleed, this upgrade includes several other improvements that will help us serve you better.
